My process felt demanding but also very structured and well-run.

I went through four rounds total: a recruiter screener, then a mock cold call that I did alongside two managers, with behavioral questions baked in. The final stage was scheduled as two parts on the same day, starting with a 30-minute conversation with one manager, then a short break, and then a 20-minute session with an AE manager.

What stood out most was how clear everything felt logistically and how personable each person was. The recruiting team’s coordination was concise and digestible throughout, so I wasn’t left guessing what was coming next. Everyone I spoke with came across as human
