San Francisco, CAPosted Aug 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I found the interview process surprisingly thoughtfully organized, and that helped a lot with how I approached each stage.

All the steps were clear, and I knew who would be on the panel, which meant I wasn’t walking in cold trying to infer who was going to ask what.

The process combined conversations about my skills relevant to the job description with more soft-skill focused discussions. Each interviewer gave me plenty of time for questions too, so the rounds felt like two-way conversations rather than interrogations. I also got a sense of the organization and the product through that back-and-forth.

One detail I really appreciated was that they offered me access to try their Premium offer before the process
