Los Angeles, CAPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a straightforward early sequence: first a recruiter call, then a Zoom interview with a district sales manager.

On paper it sounded like a normal path, but the actual conversation was rough for me because the interviewer didn’t seem fully engaged.

She admitted she was sick, and the interview ended up being cut short. Even with that, she asked if I had questions, but it still felt like the limited time meant she didn’t get much depth into my background. The process was listed as average difficulty, yet the experience felt uneven mainly because it didn’t allow for a real two-way evaluation. I didn’t get an offer, and the abruptness left me frustrated more than anything else.
