I only caught the process at the recruiter/branch level for the Financial Analyst role, and it sounded like a local, team-fit screening.

Branch/producing manager conversation — I was told the process often runs on a branch basis, sometimes involving a regional if needed, and typically includes time with a producing manager who’s busy but wants to confirm I’d be a strong fit and add value to the local team. Outcome: No offer, and my takeaway was that this route is less about deep technical grilling and more about how well you’ll integrate with the branch team.
