Saint Louis, MOPosted Sep 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Financial Analyst role through a welcoming, growth-oriented branch experience that leaned toward culture and exposure to senior leadership.

Branch manager + recruiter + employees — I spoke with the branch manager, a recruiter, and other employees, and the conversations were engaging and supportive rather than adversarial.
Top management day (Saint Louis) — I was flown out for a full day of meetings with top management, stayed in a hotel at their expense, and experienced a polished, positive atmosphere with strong presentations. Outcome: No offer, but I felt clearly communicated about growth, flexibility, and what the organization is like day to day.
