My process started with a recruiter-style outreach, and it quickly moved into short interviews that didn’t last very long.

I remember how basic the questions were at first, but it also felt a little vague to me—like the conversation wasn’t drilling into the details I thought mattered.

In the later round, I ended up getting through only a handful of questions, and the interaction didn’t feel very engaged. When I tried to answer thoroughly, the energy in the room didn’t match my effort. Another part of the journey was similar in feel: after an initial pre-screen, an agent asked a lot of questions rapidly and didn’t really respond to what I said, just moving forward to the next one.

Overall, it was average
