Atlanta, GAPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first conversation was by phone, and after that I was invited to an in-office interview.

Both parts felt very personal rather than like a standard screening where you’re just checking boxes.

On top of that, the process also felt casual in a way that made it clear relationship and comfort mattered. It leaned more toward whether the owner liked me as a person and believed I could be trained than toward a deep interrogation of my background.

Overall it felt pretty easygoing, and I left with the sense that the real barrier would be whether I could learn the role, not whether I had to prove everything from day one.
