A recruiter reached out to me after finding me on LinkedIn and shared the job description over the first call.

The conversation the next day was informative, and I remember feeling like I understood more about what the position would involve.

After that call, though, I didn’t move forward to another round. It felt like the process ended right after the recruiter interaction, even though the information exchange itself was clear. I didn’t receive an offer, and I was left with the sense that the first call went well but didn’t translate into progression.
