The process I experienced was very simple: it was essentially a one-call interview.

The main gate I kept running into was having an insurance license, since they wouldn’t move forward without it.

The questions weren’t intense, and the vibe was that they were willing to hire broadly as long as the licensing requirement was met. What I found less simple was the actual work—handling the sales side, especially since the insurance can be priced high.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the interview itself felt easy and transactional, and the real challenge was clearly more about the business reality than the interview format.
