My process ended with a rejection after the third round, but it moved quickly through the core checkpoints.

I began with a recruiter screening, then did a technical interview with multiple SQL questions and a Python (Pandas) question.

The hiring manager round followed, and the behavioral questions there felt like a breeze compared with the technical work. I also remember the feedback they were implicitly giving: be personable, bring your creative side, and show passion for the company and its values. Overall, the experience didn’t feel hostile—more like they liked me personally but ultimately wanted something different on the technical signal.
