My first conversation was with a recruiter, and the topics were very data-science practical.

We talked through examples of A/B testing, then shifted to how I’d approach building or using a visualization dashboard, and we also discussed performance metrics.

From there the interview format moved into a longer sequence: one online coding round, a hiring manager round, plus a case and presentation. Overall it felt like they wanted both hands-on execution and a clear way of communicating what the analysis means.
