Houston, TXPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through what felt like an overly demanding panel experience that left me with a real sense of futility.

There were a lot of rounds, and the people I spoke with—especially an AVP who seemed hard to satisfy—made the atmosphere feel more like performance management than a genuine conversation.

The worst part was the tone. The questions and engagement felt like they were checking boxes, and by the end I walked away with the impression that the role had churn and that the process might not reflect a thoughtful hiring effort.

I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly my reflection was that the whole thing just felt misaligned with what I associate with a fair, respectful evaluation of sales talent.
