My first step was a recruiter-coordinated interview that moved smoothly even with the disruption of COVID.

I met with a Sales Director, then with a Channel Sales Manager for North Asia, and finally with an Area Vice President for North Asia. It ended up being an efficient sequence where I talked to multiple leaders rather than only one person.

The conversations were all handled over Zoom, and the logistics didn’t feel messy at all—the HR team was kind and made sure each round happened in an organized way. The overall experience felt very good to me: professional, well-paced, and clearly coordinated from the recruiting side.

I didn’t receive an offer, but it didn’t feel like a negative
