My interview process started like a classic assessment day, and it felt very “process-driven” from the moment I arrived.

There were short introductions, then group work where the scenario was basically that you were stranded after a shipwreck and had to decide which people to rescue, weighing their pros and cons. After a short break, I went into the next stage straight away, with the whole day staying structured and paced.

Before the group exercise, they also gave an hour-long overview presentation about their company’s structure, values, achievements, and opportunities. The one-on-one interviews that followed were very casual, with simple questions that didn’t feel like they required too much forethought.
