Sparta global Consultant interview experience

Negative

I went through what seemed like a promising early sequence, but the ending was frustrating.

After an event, I completed an hour of online tests and passed. At that point I expected to be contacted to schedule an interview.

Instead, I never heard back even after following up by email a couple of times. The silence made the whole process feel unfinished, especially because everything beforehand had moved smoothly.

No offer came through, and honestly the biggest takeaway was that the lack of follow-up after passing the test stage was what soured the experience for me.
