I had a straightforward recruitment path with clear stages and a contract proposal shortly after interviews.

Telephone interview — a call that included conversations with the hiring/commercial side.
Technical interviews — meetings with one or more technical leads across multiple topics.
HR interview — an HR discussion with the HR lead.
Wrap-up — I received feedback and then a proposal about 1–2 weeks later with contract details. Outcome: No offer reported; the takeaway was that the steps were clearly sequenced and timing felt predictable.
