I had a short, friendly process with an HR check and light-to-moderate technical discussion, and overall it felt very easy.

HR interview — I discussed my background and role alignment.
Live coding / technical interviews — I did live coding with focus on my primary framework (e.g., Angular in one case) alongside straightforward technical questions.
Additional manager/position-fit discussion — I talked through which position matched my experience.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer in these experiences, but the takeaway was that the bar felt low and clarity during the technical walk-through helped.
