Sony Software Engineer interview experience

The tasks were structured in a way that clearly tested multiple aspects of my coding ability, and I had to stay methodical while adapting as the question types changed.

I approached each prompt like a mini deep-dive: understand the technical concept first, then work through the solution step by step. Even though it was challenging, the overall experience felt engaging and intensive rather than random—like each part was designed to evaluate both practical coding skill and underlying theoretical understanding.

I ultimately received an offer, which made the whole process feel worth the stress.
