The recruiter loop felt pretty straightforward to me.

The interviewer was friendly and upbeat, and the whole conversation stayed light.

They started by asking me to give a brief self-introduction and then explain why they should hire me. I also talked about what I did to stay motivated day to day, and I felt like the tone was comfortable enough to speak naturally rather than just reciting rehearsed answers. Overall it felt on the easy side, and the experience didn’t drain my energy the way some screening calls can.

I left feeling positive, and I ended up receiving an offer.
