I got an email invitation with the interview address and a scheduled date, and then I showed up for an on-site session where two panelists interviewed me at their production site.

The format included a knowledge test, and it wasn’t just multiple-choice—it had a sketching/drawing component alongside technical engineering knowledge.

The whole vibe felt more hands-on and practical than purely theoretical. Because there were two people on the panel, the conversation and evaluation felt like it was split between validating what I knew technically and seeing how I handled the drawing/sketching side. Honestly, that mixed structure caught me a little off guard compared to interviews that stay entirely in the realm of coding or discussion.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer.
