Kansas City, KSPosted Jul 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I kicked things off with a quick phone screening where the conversation stayed pretty light.

It was mostly about what I’d worked on before, the tools I used, how long I’d done certain things, and what I liked or didn’t like about previous projects. After that, I went into an in-person round where the style felt straightforward and not overly technical.

The onsite part varied a bit in who I met, but it followed a similar rhythm: recruiter and manager-style conversations, with a focus on my background and basic fit for the consulting world. In one flow, I had a recruiter call first and then two on-site rounds, and in each round I sat down once with a recruiter and once with a manager.
