Pittsburgh, PAPosted Feb 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process began with a recruiter reaching out based on my LinkedIn.

She talked through the expectations for the role, asked questions about my current work, and made it clear what they were looking for.

From there, I spoke with a technical lead about my skill set and where I wanted to go next. After that came a meeting with a client partner in person, and then a panel-style conversation with a local client. The overall flow felt fairly direct—recruiter to technical discussion to client-facing conversations.

I didn’t find it especially high-pressure, but I also didn’t end up getting an offer. What I remember most was how clearly the steps were sequenced
