I moved through the process far enough to get into a presentation round, but the overall experience felt off from the start.

In the hiring manager interview, the conversation opened in an unexpected way by going back to something from my undergrad that had nothing to do with customer success, and the tone included condescending comments. When I tried to ask a normal “is there any hesitation” question at the end, I was cut down with a dismissive response.
