Silicon Valley Bank Software Engineer interview experience

Along with that, the first interview asked questions aimed at assessing character and whether I stayed current with relevant technologies.

The next round was with two different members of the team, but it felt directionless. The biggest issue was that the interviewer didn’t seem to have prepared questions, and instead they ended up asking questions that came from me. I remember thinking that for something that was supposed to be a structured evaluation, the lack of clear prompts made the interaction feel less rigorous than it could’ve been.
