Silicon Valley Bank Software Engineer interview experience

The process had three rounds, and I felt like all of them went extremely well. After that, the experience turned into silence—no updates for weeks.

I waited more than three weeks, then finally followed up with emails. At that point it had stretched to around two months with no clear response from anyone. Looking back, what made it even stranger was that I felt overqualified for the role and couldn’t really tell whether they’d moved on to someone else or whether the communication just fell apart after the strong interview performance.
