Santa Clara, CAPosted Jan 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process began with a recruiter reaching out by phone, then I had a telephonic interview with the recruiter.

After that, I did a Skype interview with the manager, and then things moved onsite with multiple interviews.

The onsite was intense in scope: I had about half an hour with each interviewer, and there were seven interviewers in total, including a team lead, manager, senior manager, and director-level people. Across that run, it felt like SVB wanted to validate both my background and how I’d handle the work from a lot of different perspectives.
