Silicon Valley Bank Software Engineer interview experience

It involved five rounds of interviewing, and at the end I shared all the documents HR requested. From there, I expected at least some kind of negotiation step.

Instead, after I sent everything, they never called for negotiation. I followed up by email and message, but there was no response. It left me feeling like the HR side was unprofessional and disconnected, especially because the interviews themselves had already taken a long time and required real effort on my end.
