Sunnyvale, CAPosted Jun 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a phone screening that focused mostly on my prior experience, I went into an onsite interview with a panel of eight people.

The onsite lasted about an hour and a half, and it was less like a strict Q&A and more like discussions.

The questions were framed around what I’d do and how I’d approach work—things like how I’d type questions or explain my approach—so it felt like they were probing my thinking style rather than just checking for one correct answer. I ended up getting an offer, and the overall flow made it feel more conversational than intense.
