My QA journey felt easy at interview level, but the longer-term timeline and pre-hiring setup made it exhausting.

Aptitude test — An initial aptitude-only assessment.
HR discussion — A short conversation about fit and expectations.
One-week QA training — I would have proceeded into a week of training to learn QA basics and policies. Outcome: I didn’t end up starting; I was tied to a pre-hiring arrangement that could take months before actually beginning, while more freshers were still being processed.
