I went through a QA Engineer process centered on gaming context plus language and basic QA skills, with responses coming fairly quickly once I completed each step.

Language assessment — A language test before any interview conversation.
Recruiter / soft-skills screen — A recruiter call focused on fit and soft skills.
Manager interview — A QA/LQA manager round in my language, with questions tied to gaming and my experience.
Technical / hands-on QA round — A test such as identifying a bug from a video or basic testing questions about games and errors. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall feel was positive—each step built logically from language to gaming knowledge to QA basics.
