I applied for a QA Engineer role and had a short, low-friction process over about a week, with early English checking and two interviewer steps.

Recruiter screen — Online conversation about my background, interest in gaming/QA, scheduling, and an English check.
Hiring manager / QA leadership interview — Another online round with the Project Manager and QA Lead; it felt relaxed but still professional. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, but the communication and flow were smooth once scheduling aligned—early English plus an easy two-step interview seems to be the pattern.
