I went through a shorter, skills-heavy QA interview flow with an aptitude focus before talking to HR.

Aptitude/skills assessment — Logical reasoning plus grammar-style questions, combined with manual testing basics.
Technical round — Questions based on what I listed on my resume, aligned to QA and testing.
HR screen — A “tell me about yourself” conversation and motivation questions about why I wanted to join. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the process emphasized testing aptitude and communication from the start.
