I went through a short loop with an IQ-style screen and hiring-manager conversation before I paused my candidacy.

Recruiter screen — an initial conversation about my background and the role.
Online IQ/values assessment — a timed, Criteria-style IQ test sent after the recruiter chat.
Hiring manager chat — a Q&A-style discussion that was not technical, more about fit.
Team interview setup — I was scheduled to meet someone from the team next, but didn’t proceed. Outcome: I didn’t move forward after the hiring-manager round; the process felt organized and not very technical early on.
