Ontario, CAPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a lengthy, test-and-screen flow where the process filtered people before deeper rounds.

Resume screening — an initial gate that may have been automated.
IQ test-style screening — a timed cognitive assessment.
Coding screening — a coding screen (followed by additional steps in one path), but I didn’t continue in the other.
Panel / technical deepening (one path) — a later stage included a technical interview and panel discussion after recruiter and hiring-manager conversations. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the process felt long and gated by assessments, especially at the coding stage.
