My interview started with a phone call where they asked about my experience, and then the conversation shifted into describing what their employee life looked like.

It didn’t feel like anything was designed to be overly difficult or intimidating.

Later, they used hypothetical situations to understand how I would handle challenges like dealing with a difficult customer or working in a fast-paced environment. That part made it a bit more engaging than a basic screening, because I had to explain my reasoning rather than just list past duties.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the tone was approachable and the process felt fair. Overall, I felt like they were trying to see how I’d respond under realistic pressure.
