After applying, I did a recorded video interview where I had to answer a couple of preset prompts.

The part that made me the most nervous was that I couldn’t edit or rerecord my responses, so everything felt like it had to be perfect in the moment. It was short, but the setup was definitely intimidating because there wasn’t much room to recover if I stumbled.

Overall, the experience felt pretty average in difficulty mainly because the questions themselves were straightforward, but the no-recapture format added pressure. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and honestly I walked away feeling like the nerves probably cost me more than the content of my answers.
