My interview journey was pretty straightforward from start to finish.

First, I recorded myself answering preset questions in a video format. After that, I had an online interview, and then I went to the Sherwin-Williams store tied to the internship for a store visit.

That store visit was the last step and it almost didn’t feel like an interview—it was more of a walkthrough and discussion about the internship and what I could expect going forward. Still, I stayed ready for the possibility of questions, because it was clear they wanted to confirm fit.

Overall, it didn’t feel especially difficult, and it moved in a logical sequence: video, online, then in-person
