Sherwin-Williams Account Executive interview experience

I was asked to talk about myself and what interested me about the position, then asked about strengths and weaknesses. They also wanted an example of a workplace conflict and how I resolved it.

It landed as average difficulty—nothing felt tricky, but it was structured enough that I had to think clearly about specific examples. I didn’t receive an offer, though the conversation itself felt professional and straightforward.
