My process started with an interview with a district-level person, and then I met the store manager to go over the day-to-day routine.

Nothing really surprised me about the questions, and overall everyone felt nice. It was more about understanding how the role worked in practice than trying to catch me off guard.

The part that stayed with me most was how natural the conversation felt. I felt like I could be myself, and it didn’t come across as scary. When the interview feels that comfortable, it’s easier to relax and just communicate honestly.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience still felt positive and smooth. Even with no offer, I walked away feeling like I understood what they were expecting.
