My process was a little different than what I expected.

The district manager came in and interviewed me directly instead of the usual management reps, though they were still present during the conversation. It was a simple, confidential-feeling discussion, and the tone was more about who I was and what perspective I’d bring.

They really emphasized looking for a fresh outside view and suggested I shouldn’t be overly nervous. I also remember coming prepared with questions about the program and what was expected, and I felt that helped keep the conversation natural.

It felt average in difficulty mostly because it was still an interview
