My process started with a video interview, then moved into an in-store tour and conversation with the manager.

After that, I completed a formal online interview that focused on fit and qualifications.

It felt difficult mainly because there were multiple phases, and the shift between formats—video to being out in the store to another formal interview—made it harder to stay in the same mindset. By the time I finished, I felt like I’d been evaluated in different settings.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the experience left me feeling that the process was thorough in a way that raised the bar.
