Sherwin-Williams Account Executive interview experience

It started with a phone call with a recruiter and then quickly moved into a district manager meeting. The questions centered on telling my story and describing a time I handled something at work, plus basic intro-style questions.

The tone was relaxed and focused, and nothing felt overly hard or technical. I also remember that the structure in general made it easy to keep moving without getting bogged down.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience itself stayed low stress. It felt like they were mostly trying to understand how I’d show up in real day-to-day conversations.
