Sherwin-Williams Account Executive interview experience

The person interviewing me didn’t seem trained, and the whole conversation lasted no longer than about 10 minutes. They only asked three basic questions based on my resume.

Because it was so brief and felt unprepared, it didn’t feel like a real evaluation of fit. I didn’t receive an offer, and I remember leaving with the feeling that the process itself wasn’t taken seriously.
