I started with a virtual recruiter interview, where they asked about the role and my background, mostly in Spanish with some questions in English as well.

Then they sent me Codility exercises to complete.

The coding part consisted of three exercises over a two-hour window: one focused on APIs, one on frontend, and one on SQL. Even though the tasks fit the role, the timed structure made it feel like there wasn’t much room to pause and rethink.

I didn’t end up progressing and received a rejection without feedback, which made the whole thing feel more like an automated hurdle than a dialogue.
