I applied through the website and soon got an email asking me to complete Wonderlic-based IQ/EQ assessments.

The test was positioned around evaluating how I’d approach problem solving and analysis of situations, plus whether there was a fit with the company.

There wasn’t much human interaction described early on—just the assessments—so the experience felt very automated. I eventually wasn’t selected, and the only real takeaway I had was that they were placing a lot of weight on those early personality and cognitive measures.
