The process started with an IQ-style test, then moved quickly into a recruiter screening interview.

After that initial conversation, I had to complete a take-home assessment, and then—at least in my path—there was an interview with the person overseeing the role I was applying for.

Overall it felt like a straightforward progression from automated testing to human interaction, but I ended up getting rejected and didn’t receive any detailed feedback to help me understand where it fell short. The structure was clear enough, even if the end result left me without much clarity.
