I started with homework before any live technical interview.

The assignment included an algorithm exercise plus separate SQL and React exercises, and they were harder than I expected. The React portion ended up being the easiest part of the set for me, but overall the workload felt substantial.

After completing the take-home, I didn’t end up getting to the technical interview stage. My experience ended right after the homework step, and it left me frustrated because the effort I put into the tasks didn’t lead to any follow-up conversation or feedback.
