My first interview functioned like a phone screen, then I went into a code challenge and a video call with a team lead.

The final stage was more company-integrated than purely technical.

I had an office tour and a position overview with a client success manager, along with a personality assessment with an account manager. After that, there was also a technical assessment with a lead engineer.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall flow stood out because it combined logistics and role context with both a personality component and a final technical evaluation.
