ServiceNow Customer Success Engineer interview experience

The first round was with a manager, the second was technical, and the third went up to higher management.

What made it feel manageable was how consistent everyone was throughout the process. People were clear about what they were doing and how the rounds would connect, which lowered the uncertainty that usually comes with multi-stage hiring.

I ultimately didn’t receive an offer, but the experience itself didn’t feel chaotic or sloppy. The main thing I remember was that the flow stayed coherent from start to finish.
