The worst part of my process was the repeated scheduling issues.

I applied online and had interviews where the interviewer didn’t show up, and the delays kept happening enough that it stopped feeling like normal logistics.

On one of the attempts, the timing was so off that someone was 20 minutes late to what was supposed to be a 30-minute interview slot. Since I’d prepared specifically for each scheduled time, the no-shows and tardiness felt especially rough.

There was no offer after all of that. Honestly, the technical content took a backseat to the disrespectful coordination—it made the whole process feel unreliable.
